MORE THAN WHAT YOU SEE FROM THE STREET

THE SMALL DETAILS.
THE BIG DIFFERENCE.

A roof is a whole system. The places where materials meet deserve just as much attention as the shingles you can see.

  • Flashing around chimneys and roof transitions
  • Ventilation, roof edges, and water drainage
  • A clear scope and a final look at the work
Ask about your roof

KNOW BEFORE YOU START

STRAIGHT
ANSWERS.

Every roof is different.
Your questions are a good place to start.

Do I need a repair or a whole new roof?
That depends on the roof’s age, the extent of damage and the condition of the materials around it. An inspection is the first step. Ask to see photos and understand why a repair or replacement is being recommended.
What should be included in a roofing estimate?
Look for the proposed materials, scope of work, property protection, cleanup, payment terms and applicable warranty details. Ask how hidden decking damage or other changes will be handled.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Timing varies with roof size, complexity, weather and any decking repairs. Your contractor should explain the expected schedule and what could change it before work begins.
Can you help after wind or hail damage?
A roofing inspection can document visible damage and identify repair needs. Your insurance company determines coverage. Keep photos and records, and contact your insurer about its claim process.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Arrange access and availability with the contractor when scheduling. Interior leak evidence, pets, gates and access to an attic may affect what is needed.
Is this a real roofing business?
This is a demonstration website for a fictional roofing brand. The images are generated examples, the phone is a placeholder, and the form does not send real roofing requests. A customer launch replaces these with verified business details and approved photographs.
